Discuss AI Readiness Assessment

Problems it solves

Sound familiar?

  • Everyone has a chatbot open. Nobody can say what it is being used for, or with which data.
  • Three pilots ran last year. None reached production, and nobody wrote down why.
  • Vendors promise agents for everything. You cannot tell the demos from the deliverables.
  • The board wants an AI strategy. What you have is a list of tools.

Outcomes

What changes

  1. A map of the work in your company that AI can take on, ranked by value, risk and effort.

  2. A clear line between what stays with people, what gets an agent with approval, and what can run alone.

  3. A data and access reality check. What an agent could reach today, and what it must never touch.

  4. A build order for the next two quarters with a budget range for each step.

Deliverables

What you receive

  • Interviews and workflow review with the teams doing the work
  • Opportunity map with value, risk and effort per candidate
  • Data, identity and compliance findings (LGPD, GDPR, sector rules) with the guardrails each candidate needs
  • Written roadmap, first pilot scope and price, presented to leadership

How it works

How the engagement works

An assessment is not a slide deck about the future. It is a decision document. I sit with the people doing the work, look at the systems the work runs through, and find the places where an agent removes real hours without creating a new risk.

Every candidate gets three numbers: what it is worth, what could go wrong, and what it costs to build. Most companies find that the best first pilot is boring, internal and measurable. That is exactly why it works.

You leave with a plan you can execute with me or without me, and a first pilot already scoped and priced.
